This golf drill has transformed how I transfer my weight through the ball and the results have been amazing. Start by placing a tennis ball underneath the ball of your left foot and make your golf stance. Make your normal backswing and then as you change direction of your golf swing, squash the tennis ball down into the ground. By doing this you are shifting your weight fully into your left side as you start your downswing. The distance you gain on your golf shots will be amazing. Try this golf
